Terms of Service

By creating an account or using EventFrame, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The Service

EventFrame is an event photography platform that lets photographers host albums and lets guests find their photos using AI face recognition. Coupon codes provided by event organizers are used to redeem access to specific event albums; these coupons are not currency and have no cash value.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be 13 or older to use EventFrame.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and selfies you upload. By uploading, you grant EventFrame a limited license to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of operating the service (e.g., showing photos in albums, generating face thumbnails for matching).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos you don't have permission to share
• Use the service to identify people without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer face embeddings or our matching system
• Use automated tools to scrape, mass-download, or interfere with the service
• Upload illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content involving minors
• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

5. User-Generated Content and Community Guidelines

EventFrame allows guests and photographers to upload photos. By uploading or sharing content, you agree to the rules in Section 4 and accept the following:

• Reporting objectionable content. Users may report any photo or album via the in-app Report button (available from the lightbox overflow menu on any photo, and from the album header for any album). Reports may also be sent to future.vision3069@gmail.com.
• Blocking other users. Users may block another user from the in-app overflow menu on any photo. Blocked users' uploads and face matches are hidden from the blocker across the entire app.
• 24-hour review commitment. EventFrame reviews reported content within 24 hours of receiving a report and acts on violations promptly.
• Consequences of violations. Content found in violation of these terms is immediately removed. Repeat or severe violations may result in suspension or termination of the user's account.
• No tolerance for illegal content. Content depicting minors in sexual or exploitative contexts is reported to the appropriate authorities and removed without exception.

6. Coupons and Event Access

Coupons are issued by event organizers outside the EventFrame app. EventFrame does not sell digital goods or in-app currency. Coupons grant access to specific event albums and may have expiry dates set by the organizer. EventFrame is not responsible for coupon disputes between guests and event organizers.

7. Biometric Data

Face recognition is opt-in. You must provide explicit consent before EventFrame captures or processes your biometric data. See our Privacy Policy for details on retention and deletion.

8. Disclaimers

EventFrame is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Face recognition matching is probabilistic and may produce false positives or false negatives. We do not guarantee that all your photos will be found.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventFrame and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-app.
