Open the album link your photographer shared with you, sign in with the email you registered with, and use the AI Filter tab. Take a selfie when prompted and EventFrame will match your face against every photo in the album. You can also browse the All Photos tab manually.
Make sure you're entering the same email you used when registering. If you still can't sign in, email us with your email address and we'll help you recover access.
Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account in the app. If you can't sign in, you can also request deletion at eventframe.space/delete-account.
Go to Settings → Delete face data. This withdraws biometric consent and immediately removes your selfie, face embedding, and face thumbnails from our servers. Your account stays active.
Open the photo in the lightbox, tap the ⋮ (three dots) menu, and choose Report this photo. For an entire album, open the album card menu and tap Report Album. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours.
From any of their photos in the lightbox, tap ⋮ → Block this user. You won't see their photos or face matches anywhere in EventFrame. Blocked users have no signal you've blocked them. Unblock them anytime from Settings → Blocked Users.
Sign in as a Photographer account, then tap Create Album on the dashboard. You'll be walked through event details, photo upload, and pricing.
Email future.vision3069@gmail.com with your album code and the date of the charge. We respond within one business day.
